Joseph Daly studied Biochemistry at the Technological University of the Shannon. He received his Degree in Chemical Instrumentation and Analytical Techniques in 2011, followed by a Degree in Engineering from Griffith College Dublin in 2017 and an MSc.in Product Design Control from the Technological University of the Shannon in 2023. He joined Ei Electronics on 2015 and has been working in R&D since 2016. Since then, he has been working on developing standardised test systems to prove out the functionality, durability and reliability of their fire and gas safety systems. Functions including Gas/ Smoke Sensing, RF performance (Sub 1GHz, 2G and LTE), Acoustic performance, Obstacle sensing etc
